For those of you on Weight Watchers (or just looking for a lighter dessert), then you have got to try this Weight Watchers Lemon and 7UP Cake Recipe – it’s so delicious and moist, you won’t even know you’re saving calories! All it takes is just three ingredients (you’ll see in the picture I used regular whipped topping but that’s all I had on hand – you’ll want to use a lower calorie version). Here’s how to make it!
Ingredients
Betty Crocker Super Moist Lemon Cake Mix 20 ounce Diet 7UP 1 tub Light or Fat Free Cool Whip
Directions
Heat oven to 350º Do not prepare the cake as instructed on the box, rather, empty the cake mix into a big mixing bowl and pour the 7UP in. Mix completely. Spray 9×13 pan with cooking spray and pour batter into pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely and layer with the tub of Cool Whip. Cut into 24 slices for 2 Weight Watchers points.
