Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic and Wine Chicken and Potatoes

Ingredients

6-8 chicken legs
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt (I use Lawry’s)
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
2/3 cups College Inn Wine and Herb broth
1 cup white wine, dry
2 freshly squeezed lemons
4 garlic cloves, minced
6 baby new potatoes

Instructions

Spray crock pot insert with non-stick cooking spray. Add the broth and wine, then place the potatoes in the crockpot and put the chicken breasts on top. Sprinkle the oregano, seasoned salt, and pepper and place the garlic cloves on top of each. Squeeze the lemons all over the chicken and potatoes and place the used lemons around the chicken. Cook on the low setting for 6 hours. This is also excellent with steamed white rice if you don’t want to use potatoes!
