Then raid your pantry and grab that package of ground beef, because I’ve got this delicious recipe for Slow Cooker 7 Can Soup. I love to dip tortilla chips (or Fritos) in mine, topping it with sour cream and sliced avocado. This is one of those recipes that tastes great even a few days afterwards, too. All the seasonings set it and it’s just pure comfort food in my book!

  • 1lb. ground beef
  • 3 cans Campbell's minestrone soup
  • 2 cans ranch-style beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
Instructions
  1. Brown the ground beef.
  2. Add all of the ingredients (do not drain anything!) into the slow-cooker.
  3. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
  4. Serve over rice, and add a bit of shredded cheese, guacamole, or sour cream if you'd like.
