Whenever I come across these things at the store or Starbucks, I find myself grabbing a bag. They are so addicting, but I loathe the price. So I decided to start making my own Chocolate Covered Coffee Espresso Beans at home and save money, instead! And you can get as creative as you want – use dark chocolate or white chocolate wafers if you choose!

Ingredients

* Favorite Espresso or Coffee Beans
* Melting Chocolate Wafers

Instructions

Melt the chocolate wafers in a small/medium sized bowl, stirring every 15 seconds until the chocolate is completely melted. Place a spoonful of coffee or espresso beans in the chocolate and coat, removing each one with a fork and letting the excess chocolate drip off. Place on wax paper and then put them in the fridge for up to 30 minutes to harden.
